Refund and Return Policy – Darija with Safa

At darijawithsafa.com, we aim to offer valuable and engaging learning experiences through digital lessons and live online classes. As an individual providing educational services, I understand that sometimes things may not meet expectations. This refund policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if you are not satisfied with the service after attending your first live session and within 7 days of payment. This applies to both digital lesson access and live learning sessions.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

a. Access or Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access the video or PDF content due to technical problems, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us, a refund may be granted.

b. Dissatisfaction After First Live Class

If, after attending your first live class, you feel that the content does not meet your expectations or was not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.


3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

  • Change of mind or personal schedule changes

  • Failure to attend the live class without prior notice

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date

  • Refunds after multiple sessions or full course usage


4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@darijawithsafa.com with:

  • Your full name and email used for registration

  • Order date and plan selected

  • A short explanation of your concern

Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.


5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used at purchase. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
